At Catch Surf, we want you to be stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that surfboards and bodyboards must be unopened in their original shrink-wrap to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
